If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

Your physical or electronic signature
Identification of the removed material and its previous location
A statement under penalty of perjury that removal was due to mistake or misidentification
Your name, address, phone number, and consent to federal court jurisdiction

Repeat Infringer Policy

ToonTH will terminate user access for repeat copyright infringers. A repeat infringer is a user who has:

Been notified of infringing activity more than twice, and/or
Had content removed from the site more than twice

Processing Time & False Claims

Processing Time

We aim to process all valid DMCA notices within 5-7 business days. Upon receipt, we will investigate and take appropriate action.

False Claims Warning

Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, knowingly misrepresenting material as infringing may result in liability. We reserve the right to seek damages for bad faith claims.
